Order Processing

Please allow 2-3 days to process your order. We do not process orders on weekends or Holiday's. You will receive an email within to let you know your order is on the way!

Store Pickup

We try to process pickup orders in a timely manner. Orders after 5pm will be ready the following day. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Orders can be picked up daily during normal business hours.

Bulk Shipping

We currently do now ship our bulk items but are actively working on an infrastructure to be able to do so in the near feature.


Shipping charges for your order and delivery dates will be estimated by the carrier and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


We do not accept returns on bulk, or package free goods. For Packaged goods we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to process a return. Please see the full refund policy.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs and any risks (damages and lost packages) associated with the transport of the items being returned, unless it is for defective products.

Mission Refill is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
